A Wellness Space Created With Understanding, Compassion and Purpose

​MidVita Wellness was created by Susie Ernsberger, a certified functional nutrition counselor, menopause coach, mindfulness teacher, sound designer, and longtime wellness practitioner.

​

After navigating her own unexpected health changes, identity shifts, and questions about what it means to live well through midlife, Susie envisioned the kind of wellness space she wished more women had—one that supports the whole woman rather than reducing midlife to a list of symptoms.

​

She also wanted meaningful midlife support to feel more accessible and attainable. Not every woman can step away for an expensive in-person retreat, invest in a costly or time-intensive wellness program, or navigate this major life transition without guidance.

​

MidVita was created to offer flexible, thoughtfully priced experiences that women can access from home and move through at their own pace—while still receiving the education, encouragement, practical tools, self-advocacy support, and sense of empowerment they deserve.

Through restorative experiences, evidence-informed education, and compassionate guidance, women are supported without pressure, perfectionism, or one-size-fits-all expectations. Because health, energy, and capacity can ebb and flow, MidVita honors the reality that progress is not always linear.
