My Journey
I thought I was an unstoppable force—capable, high-functioning, the woman who could hold everything together. Then my body began to whisper. I didn’t listen.

Burnout and insomnia followed me for years starting at the age of 43. Anxiety crept in. My heart raced without warning. Brain fog dulled my sharpness. One morning, I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror — exhausted, changed, and still pushing forward.

If any of this feels familiar — if you’ve been told you’re “fine” while your body says otherwise — you’re not alone.

In November 2024, I contracted COVID for the second time. By January 2025, my blood pressure had surged to 220/133, and by February, severe chest pain began. Test after test came back “normal,” while I felt anything but.
Guided by my intuition, persistence, and careful research, I asked questions, advocated for myself, and pushed beyond repeated misdiagnoses of “anxiety,” ultimately helping lead my care team toward the right diagnosis and the answers I needed.

By mid-2025, a provocative angiogram finally gave my experience a name: endothelial dysfunction, coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD), and asthma — shaped by long COVID, perimenopause, and deep burnout. But answers weren’t the same as support.

MidVita Wellness was born from this season. It exists to place someone in your corner who helps you understand what your body is communicating, prepare for appointments, ask the right questions, and access the tools I wish I’d had when I needed them most.

This is more than coaching. This is patient advocacy, lived experience, and systems-level support — offered by someone who has walked the brave path back to herself.

Midlife isn’t the end of vitality — it’s a phase of physiological and bioenergetic recalibration toward renewed balance and harmony.

Welcome home — to your online sanctuary for whole-person wellness and sustainable transformation in the next chapter of your life.

Meet Susie Ernsberger

I’m Susie Ernsberger, the heart behind MidVita Wellness.
As a Functional Nutrition Counselor and Board-Certified Health Coach, I specialize in supporting midlife women’s health. I combine professional training with lived experience navigating midlife transitions and the complex intersection of burnout, hormonal shifts, and post-viral, non-obstructive cardiovascular symptoms.

I move beyond a symptom-focused model, helping women understand the physiological connections between hormones, inflammation, cardiovascular health, and cellular energy. Through an integrative, systems-based lens, we explore how the body functions as an interconnected whole—including the cardiovascular, neurological, and gut-brain systems—and how nutrition, stress, and lifestyle patterns influence overall health, function, and well-being.

My mission is to bridge the gaps in midlife care by providing education, clarity, and support. I empower women to approach their healthcare experiences grounded and confident—equipped to engage as informed participants in their care.

I collaborate with cardiologists specializing in INOCA (Ischemia with No Obstructive Coronary Arteries), along with medical (MD) physicians, to support informed, coordinated care within my role as an educational and wellness-based advocate.

I’ve lived this—misdiagnosis, hormone shifts, burnout, and reinvention. I walk this path with you, so you feel understood, supported, and confident in your journey.

Heart-Hormone Connection Focus
I help you understand the heart–hormone connection and often-overlooked non-obstructed heart conditions—so you can translate your symptoms and advocate confidently with your care team.

I integrate sound therapy, breathwork, and energy-based practices to support nervous system balance and whole-body coherence—helping you move from survival to stability and resilience.

Multi-Format Wellness Ecosystem
Ongoing, whole-systems support through 1:1 guidance, group programs, and curated resources—so you’re supported beyond a single conversation.

A Safe Space for the Unseen Woman
You deserve a safe space where you’re heard, validated, and supported—especially if you’ve felt dismissed or misdiagnosed.
My Mission
Bridging the Gaps in Midlife Care
MidVita Wellness exists to support women in midlife when symptoms are overlooked, root causes go unexplored, and the healthcare system feels complex and impersonal.

Restoring Your Agency
I create a compassionate, integrative space that blends science and lived experience. Through functional nutrition, nervous system regulation, and patient advocacy, I help translate medical information into practical, empowering support—so you can engage with your healthcare team as an informed, confident partner.

Tuning In, Not Pushing Through
This work honors your body’s natural rhythms and the emotional and identity shifts of midlife, strengthening the connection between physical health and inner resilience.

A Path to Recalibration
Midlife is not a breakdown—it is a recalibration. You deserve care that meets you where you are—biologically, emotionally, and energetically.
