Small groups of 4–6 midlife women navigating burnout, hormonal transitions, nervous system dysregulation, heart health, and identity shifts in a safe, welcoming space. Guided circles blend storytelling, nutrition education, and nervous system–supportive practices—including meditation, sound, and mindful movement—to foster connection, insight, and shared resilience.
